These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bidhaa Pambe website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Bidhaa Pambe
Bidhaa Pambe is an online marketplace operating in Tanzania, offering a range of quality products delivered to your door. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website.
2. Account Registration
You may browse our catalogue without an account. To add items to your cart, place an order, or manage a wishlist, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
4. Payments
We accept payment via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), debit/credit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, which may vary by region within Tanzania. Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather or courier disruptions, do not entitle you to compensation beyond a revised delivery date.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Bidhaa Pambe or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Bidhaa Pambe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products purchased, beyond the value of the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
